The Idea

Burrito Project San Diego is a group of friends who simply want to help the less fortunate. We make rice and bean burritos and hand them out to San Diego's homeless community. There are nearly 10,000 people living on SD's streets and many go to bed without a decent meal. Together we can change that.

The Specifics

It costs about $35.00-$40.00 to buy the ingredients and material to make about 4-5 dozen burritos. Most of the funds have been out of my pocket and until recently donations from a fundraiser Burrito Project hosted in September helped, but sadly these funds are running out… needless to say that any help would be appreciated to keep this project active.
